Government Guidelines For Physical Activity

The U.S. Government has issued new guidelines for physical activity.  It doesn’t include adults
overr 64.  I guess they don’t count.  Helpful hints, but nothing new.  Two hours and thirty minutes a week.  Resistance training twice a week.  Check it out.Exercise Guidelines
